Chemical residues in emulsion type meat products (Frankfurter & Luncheon)

In this study total of 150 samples emulsion type meat products (Luncheon & Frankfurter) (75 each) were collected from local and supermarkets in Giza governorate, Egypt. Samples subjected to determination residue antibiotics, zeranol, trenbolone, heavy metals (Cadmium, lead, Zinc Arsenic) pesticides (OPPs OCPs). The proved that the incidence percent organophosphorus arsenic zero all samples, zeranol frankfurter was 0% while is detected (25) luncheon with mean (0.0732 ppb). Concerning trenbolone same number positive (50) for each (0.2213) (0.1776) ppb respectively. Detected residues lead present 50 (0.0504) (0.0165)ppm cadmium recorded (0.0044 ppm), reported (0.0019 ppm). zinc samples) (0.597 it (0.3839 PP-DDT highest level value (3.638 ppm) PP.DDT lower (1.69856 Methoxychlor only (59.02398 but not frankfurter.
